Made in ash and paper cord.

Stool project at Malmstens Liu. The assignment was to create a stool with materials that had been picked by our teachers. I chose to work with both thin and thick dimensions to show the strength of the ash, which was my given material. The inspiration for "Bönan" was the coffee bean. I wanted to create a barstool for cafés that was reflected by the most required component, coffee. The legs are tapered to create a balance between the seat and the floor.
